The Lane Group and are a privately owned motor vehicle group, operating within the automotive industry for over 60 years. We are looking for a career driven and goal orientated Service Advisor to join our amazing team.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting customers as they arrive with their vehicle
- Take bookings over the phone for vehicle service and repair work
- Supply general advice/quotations to customers
- Make sure you meet expected timeline and handover with customer.
- Maintain good professional relationships with customers
- Following all internal processes and procedures
- Related administration duties
To be successful in this role, the applicants:
- Have previous customer service experience
- Hold a current manual Western Australian driver’s licence
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work effectively within a high-volume and fast paced environment
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Have a good attitude and great work ethic
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
