The Role
We are looking for people who are customer obsessed and strive to provide brilliant Customer Service through making the complex, simple and ensuring customers have the coverages they require. As a specialist you will be engaging with our customers daily in relation to their insurance policies to find what option is best suited to them.
Our host provide certainty and want customers to have control and information, where and how they want it. Our product offerings are of a high calibre and allow our customers to move forward with confidence. Not only do you know what you are covered for in your insurance, you know that they have your communities at the forefront of what they do!
Our Sales and Service Specialists are passionate about our brand and products across sales, service and retention contacts. They are empowered experts that work in a fast paced, ever changing environment with constant coaching and support.
What are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have the following;
- Previous Customer Service experience - hospitality, retail, administration or contact centre preferred
- Previous experience working with computers including navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- A passion for helping our customers and making a difference
- High levels of resilience and empathy
- Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems

This is an opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience while working towards a General Insurance Certificate IV.
You will be given time on the job to focus on your studies. You will also have the support of a Squad Mentor who will visit you on site on a regular basis throughout your Traineeship.
Working hours include Monday to Friday
