 Customer Service Officer Inbound/Outbound

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, personable person with exceptional interpersonal skills to join our team as a customer Service officer.

Your duties will include
Inbound/Outbound calling, responding to email and internet enquiries 
Answering incoming calls and enquiries 
Provide excellent Customer Service
Ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.

You will have
Experience working in a high paced environment

Previous inbound / Outbound Sales experience within a Contact Centre

Home appliances retail experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail, good initiative, and resourcefulness

Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Office

Ability to work five days a week Monday – Friday Flexible hours (Within 9AM-5PM bracket)
