Description
This role includes the following key duties:
- Provide high quality Customer Service
- Perform administrative activities
- Create positive relationships in all customer interactions
- Provide an accurate and efficient response to internal and external customer enquiries and appointments, including driver licence testing and registration inspections
- Responsible for resolution of customer enquiries and conduct customer appointments to support driver licence testing and registration services
- Driver licence testing; full training provided with further up skilling to follow in the Customer Service team.
Profile
To be successful in this role, you must be able to fulfill:
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent Customer Service in a service centre or frontline service environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in continually learning, navigating, and actively promoting the use of online transactions;
- Flexible to work a variety of different hours each week;
- Available to work 20-38 hours per week between 8:30am-4:30pm
- You must also be available to be on call until 9am for days you are not rostered on, to cover last minute shifts.
- Ability to travel within the area and neighbouring centres as per the needs of the business
- Full clean Victorian Driver Licence.
