Communicon Group Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled Customer Service Manager who can join their team and maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources; managing staff.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- · Help to develop specific goals and plans to achieve sales targets by providing after-sale and customer satisfaction information.
- · Entering and maintaining information from customers
- · Monitor and coordinate sales and Customer Service
- · Determines Customer Service requirements by maintaining contact with customers
- · Customers management- Resolving problems and complaints from customers
- · Cross and analyse between daily log reports and sales figures
- · Complete team daily activities to coach behaviours and track results, progress and performance
- · Monitor guide and train current and new staff with Customer Service care, products knowledge and guidance, and company’s policy
- · Improves Customer Service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
- · Customer services follow up of procedures and improvements moving forward
Skills Required:
- · Customer Service experience
- · Great attitude & strong work ethic
- · Self- motivation and drive to exceed targets
- · First class communications skills (both written and verbal)
- · Excellent Interpersonal and relationship building skills
The successful candidate will be offered a salary package of $70,000 p.a. plus superannuation.
