About the roleThis position coordinates and manages services to provide exceptional support to Future Students. We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Future Student Service Centre. In this role, you'll oversee both inbound service and outbound sales operations, ensuring top-notch quality at every step.Responsibilities include managing service delivery to Future Students, as well as providing internal support for recruitment, events, communications, and related activities. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with teams to ensure timely and accurate information is available to support departmental and institutional goals. Additionally, you'll champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and implementing new opportunities to enhance our services.About the DivisionOutreach & Future Students are an integral Division within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Student Life) (DVCASL) portfolio.
