Position: Customer Service Manager
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation per annum
Location: Surry Hills NSW 2010
Our client is seeking a full-time Customer Service Manager to join their team located in Surry Hills, New South Wales.
Tasks required include:
- Review Customer Services and maintain professional customer relations.
- Develop strategic business and financial plans for the Customer Service department to ensure effective and timely delivery of financial products.
- Overseeing, delegating, and leading the operations of the Customer Service representatives
- Provide advice and conflict resolution strategies to ensure customer and client satisfaction when dealing with issues and complaints.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders: debt administrators, and financial counsellors for debt recovery and compliance.
- Ensure compliance and consistency with all human resource management practices.
- Ensuring department and client goals are met, collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Working in a team environment; coaching, motivating, and mentoring team members
- Evaluating performances and providing annual reports.
- At least a bachelor’s Degree
- More than eight (8) years of experience in a Customer Service manager role
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organisation skills and exceptional communication skills
- Manage and lead a team to achieve the desired objectives.
