About the opportunity:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys handling multiple challenges at once, who stays calm under pressure and will motivate their team to perform. We need you to help us ensure the best possible experience is delivered to our customers – both internal and external. Your week will involve a mix of shifts across operational areas, including management shifts where you will take ownership of the entire venue.
You will be accountable for:
- Managing, motivating and developing our most important asset, our staff
- Ensuring our service standards are met and an amazing Customer Service Experience is delivered
- Delivering business focussed outcomes that drive the organisation
Do You Have What It Takes?
- Personal alignment with our values:
| Community | Integrity | Vibrancy | Innovation | Sustainability | - 3+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry at any level
- Previous supervisor experience will be highly regarded (but not essential)
- We are searching for someone who can genuinely connect with people and is passionate about leadership development
- An understanding of all aspects relating to club operations and compliance
- RSA and RCG certification
- Ability to be flexible with work hours which include day, night, weekend and public holiday work
