Position: Client Service Manager
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Based in Albury/Wodonga, we offer specialised surgical services. Our service is designed to inform and empower our patients of their clinical and surgical management; make informed decisions to achieve the best possible outcomes; and liaise with all parties to attain the best outcome.
Eclipse Health Care Specialists is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join us.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and maintain Customer Service policies and procedures that uphold our clinic's standards and align with our group's goals.
2. Lead and support the receptionists, attending to direct patient engagement; and managing all aspects of recruitment, performance reviews, and training to enhance team capabilities.
3. Direct daily operations, motivate staff to achieve excellence in their roles, and promote a patient-first approach in all interactions.
4. Develop systems to evaluate patient satisfaction, adjust services as needed, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
5. Facilitate effective cooperation between the reception team and other clinic departments to improve service delivery and patient care.
6. Actively engage with our diverse patient base to understand and meet their needs, leading efforts to address concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Demonstrated leadership in managing substantial Customer Service functions within a healthcare setting.
2. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
3. Ability to oversee large teams and complex patient interactions.
4. Bachelor’s degree of related field.
5. At least two years relevant work experiences in clinic or medical centre.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years work experience in related field.
2. Must obtain At least 7 in overall of IELTS (or other equivalent English Test)
