We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Account Manager to join the amazing Star 104.5 Sales team based on the Central Coast. Star 104.5 is THE #1 Radio Station on the Central Coast, and you will be joining a team that is passionate, hard-working and 100% focused on providing outstanding customer service. PLUS they love good banter, celebrate the wins and will support your personal and professional development.

Some key responsibilities will include:
• Passion to generate and grow advertising revenue through new client prospecting and lead generation.
• Following the NOVA Entertainment sales model to secure business with existing clients.
• Delivering strong outcomes which exceed client expectations.
• Employing strategic Account List Management (ALM) and effectively manage the account list in accordance with NOVA Entertainment process.
• Capably match client needs to station opportunities.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role, you need to demonstrate the following qualities;
• Passionate about delivering a great outcome
• A strong and consistent communicator and negotiator
• A commitment to achieving monthly budgets (and the ability to develop sales tactics to ensure personal and client success)
• Able to create and sell cross platform integrated solutions
• Strong client service orientation with ability to project manage
• Resilient, dynamic and adaptable to change
