About You
We are looking for a driven and hard working team member to assist in all aspects of our customers home loan journey. You must be driven, punctual, a team player and someone with a keen eye for attention to detail. If you are looking for the next step in your career and have a passion for helping customers achieve their dreams then this could be the role for you.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 1 years experience in credit or mortgage broking (please note we will only being accepting experienced applicants).
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
Tasks & responsibilities
- Processing & managing loan applications from lodgement to approval
- Liaising and updating clients throughout the loan process
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, accountants and appropriate third parties to ensure timely settlements
- Maintain and update CRM system
- Ensuring loan compliance requirements are meet
