We are seeking administrative support staff who are looking for their next opportunity to support an environmentally focused Melbourne based organisation with client services and administrative responsibilities. This role is a 9 month fixed term position, 3-4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Applicants should have experience in supporting a business with day to day administrative tasks including but not exclusive to:
- Inbox management and customer enquiries via phone and email.
- An understanding of payroll and accounts and triage invoices and forward to appropriate manager.
- Prepare weekly reports for the accounting team as well as monthly report writing.
- Customer service and managing phone lines.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use of internal CRM systems, in particular Aroflo and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
- Day to day office administration.
What you will bring to the role:
If you have worked to previously support a business with first point of contact administration, have strong attention to detail, CRM database knowledge, particularly Aroflo and are immediately available, this role may be for you.
