Are you an experienced administrator seeking your next opportunity? We are seeking administrative support staff who are looking for their next opportunity to support an environmentally focused Melbourne based organisation with client services and administrative responsibilities. This role is a 9 month fixed term position, 3-4 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Applicants should have experience in supporting a business with day to day administrative tasks including but not exclusive to:
- Inbox management and customer enquiries via phone and email.
- An understanding of payroll and accounts and triage invoices and forward to appropriate manager.
- Prepare weekly reports for the accounting team as well as monthly report writing.
- Customer service and managing phone lines.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use of internal CRM systems, in particular Aroflo and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
- Day to day office administration.
What you will bring to the role:
If you have worked to previously support a business with first point of contact administration, have strong attention to detail, CRM database knowledge, particularly Aroflo and are immediately available, this role may be for you.
