The Role:
This is an exciting position for a highly motivated and experienced person who enjoys going the extra mile for customers and working collaboratively with the team to achieve outcomes.
You will be responsible for managing a small Customer Service and order entry team of four and ensuring the provision of an elite customer experience in line with Company KPI’s. Every day promises to present challenges, variety and an opportunity to grow the business. Utilizing our CRM system the person we are seeking must be energetic, a natural leader and well organised. The ability to multi skill and prioritise are critical aspects of this position.
About You:

To succeed in this position, you will also possess the following skills and attributes:-
- Minimum of five (5) years in a Customer Service Manager role.
- Experience working in a fast paced dynamic environment.
- Proactive and professional manner.
- Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- MS Office skills at an intermediate level in Word and Excel.
