In your role you will be responsible for the following:Respond promptly to all matters relating to Customer ServicePrepare a delivery analysis for review each weekRecord all service incidents and raise or transfer any customer complaintsLiaise, coordinate and arrange with distribution for timely deliveriesLiaise with customers providing product range, supply details, pricing andsamples.Receipt of orders from local and overseas customersProcessing of orders using BatchmasterCarry out all administrative matters relating to air and sea shipments including transport arrangements,Preparation of documentation and checking of dispatch records andpayments.To be successful in this role you need the following skills and attributes:
- At least 2 years of experience working in an Customer Service/Call Centre environments
- CRM and database skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building ability
- Background in fmcg and transport sectors highly regarded
- Well organised, high levels of attention to detail and KPI driven
- Team player with proactive, “can do” attitude
