About the Team and the Role
The team you will join is welcoming and knowledgeable and ready to collaborate to continually improve our systems and processes.
In this role you will provide a high level of Customer Service at Council’s Customer Service Desk and Contact Centre on a rotating basis, promoting these as focal points of contact for resolution and customer enquiries.
Your day to day involves liaising with internal staff to resolve problems, obtain information and to action tasks. You will assist with liaising with all areas of Council to ensure all customer enquiries are resolved in a timely
manner.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in delivering quality Customer Service and contact centre operations, as well as office administrative duties.
You will have excellent communication, conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
In addition to the above, you will also hold a valid First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
