Le Creuset has a great opportunity for a TEMPCustomer Service Officer to join our team at our Head Office at St Leonards for a 6-8 week period, with possibility of extension should business needs require it.
We are after a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Officer who will be able to jump in and assist our Customer Service team and work through some backlog of admin duties.

WHAT IS THE ROLE
Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, your key focus will be processing customer and consumer warranty claims whilst ensuring that excellent levels of care and service are delivered to customers and consumers at all times:
- Dealing directly with customers by telephone and email and handling / resolving customer and consumer warranty claims, returns and complaints
- Administrative duties such as data entry, order processing and follow up calls
- Organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to manage consumer and customer enquiries
- Maintain a consistent high level of Customer Service at all times
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in similar Customer Service Officer position, in a corporate head office setting
- Good availability - ideally 4-5 full days per week (minimum 3 full days)
- Very strong administration skills (in processing warranty claims specifically looked on favourably)
- Adept with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent phone manner and strong communication skills
- Strong reporting skills, data collection and order accuracy skills
- Attention to detail and ability to show initiative
- Excellent time management skills - you can multi-task and get your To Do list done!
- Ability to prioritise and work autonomously to tight deadlines
- A great, positive attitude and being the ultimate team player!
