Dubbo Real Estate Agency are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team. The position is Full Time Monday to Friday.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist/Customer Service Officer to manage our front office.
If you think we maybe the fit for you – you will be responsible for:
• Meet and greet visitors
• Manage incoming calls and direct appropriately
• Key management
• Receipting
• Some data entry to database
• Assist with Adhoc General Admin
What we need from you:
• A professional phone manner
• Ability to deal with all people
• Problem solving ability
• Friendly, polite & well presented
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Computer literacy
