These roles are high volume and fast paced and require someone with great people skills and empathetic attitude. Hours: Core Shifts between the hours of 5am - 4pmHourly rate: $34ph + SuperLocation: Osborne Park, WATraining: Full training providedStart: ASAP - must be readily available to start within the next 1 - 2 weeksDuration: Initially 3 months with the possibility of extension or opportunity to become permanent for well performing employees who have full working rights The RoleThis is very much a people focused role where you will be supporting the organisation in responding to a high volume of client / customer calls.You will be provided with full training and support in this fast-paced environment.To be successful you MUST hold a valid National Police Clearance valid within 3 months or be willing to obtain oneDuties:Deliver exceptional Customer Service with an empathetic and supportive attitudeRespond to a range of client / customer calls of various natures and provide timely responses and updatesAccurately booking, cancelling or rescheduling medical appointmentsHigh volumes of accurate data entry across multiple systemsOnboarding new clients / customers, obtaining all relevant informationAdhere to key performance indicators Required SkillsTo be considered for this role you will need:Experience working in a high volume call centre or Customer Service environment.
