The Role
We have multiple vacancies available within our Customer Service Team! We are looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals who have a keen interest in technology. Successful applicants will be provided with relevant training to support you in assisting Pentanet customers with any technical issues, billing and any general enquiries. This position has potential for growth, casual hours will vary from 20-38 hours per week to accommodate training during the first month. Once trained, successful applicants can expect ~20-38 hours per week. This role has the potential to move to permanent (Part-time/Full-time) following a successful probation.
Day-to-day duties of this role include:
- Liaising with customers in a calm and professional manner over various mediums, including telephone, live chat, and support tickets.
- Troubleshooting basic network and equipment faults.
- Assisting with general account queries.
- Creating and maintaining accurate and complete records of customer interactions.
- Navigate through multiple systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone.
What we are looking for
- Someone who is passionate about technology and is keen to learn.
- Experience in an inbound call centre environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- An autonomous self-starter with the ability to think on your feet.
- Experience in Customer Service and/or related industry experience.
- Flexibility with working hours (out-of-office hours, weekend and public holiday availability required).
Desirable
- Technical IT experience or exposure to the telecommunications industry.
- Experiencing working with VoIP systems.
- Previous experience working within an MSP.
