We are currently seeking multiple Customer Service Officers for our client operating in the financial services industry. Located in Pymble, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly talented and motivated team. This role is a 3-month Contract with the views for extension or potential for permanency.
The successful applicant will work with our corporate clients assisting in their Customer Service and Administrationteam. Those with a positive attitude, attention to detail and desire to offer the best service experience, will be best suited to the role.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely manner and to appropriate quality standards
- Ability to multitask in a call centre environment and take ownership of personal development and Customer Service core competencies
- Comprehensively learn and understand companies products, processes and systems
- Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in previous customer support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow within the team
