ABOUT THE ROLE
Our nationally recognised clients require a committed call centre officer to support them on a 1-month project.
You will be mainly responsible for high-volume outbound calls to attendees of the events. You will also be responsible for ad-hoc admin computer tasks. This role suits someone confident over the phone, has excellent communication skills and has no issues following a script for the calls.
To be considered for the position, you must have been in a similar script-based outbound call centre role.
KEY DUTIES:
- Managing a high volume of outbound calls to various stakeholders.
- Investigating and providing a solution to various queries regarding issues raised internally or externally.
- Fostering a positive relationship in all customer interactions.
- Ad-hoc admin work such as creating PowerPoints or inputting data into the system.
REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE:
- Previous contact centre or similar experience is a must.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
