Based at our Redbank depot, you will be the main conduit of communication between the Brisbane Branch and Northline’s National Call Centre assisting Northline’s customers to have a positive experience. are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Officer to join our depot in Kenwick.
Ideally you will enjoy working in a small team, have strong multi-tasking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure from an operational perspective that Northline customers have a smooth and positive experience.
- Managing quarantined freight and ensuring issues are resolved in an efficient manner.
- Ensure any paperwork errors, missing/mismatched, non-conforming or ineligible information is rectified in a prompt manner and reported.
- Complete depot searches where all findings are to be advised to the Service Centre.
- Contacting all customers with freight held at the depot to organise collection/delivery.
As a successful candidate you will have:
- A customer centric approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven history of providing excellent Customer Service to internal and external customers.
- Good time management skills coupled with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and still have an eye for detail.
- Moderate levels of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and strong data entry skills.
