A well known telecommunications organisation based centrally on the Gold Coast is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. 
Your new role 
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, handling enquiries and providing Customer Service
• Email management
• Explain billing and manage account enquiries
• Taking payments 
• Create accounts and service activations
• Document and record management

What you'll need to succeed 
To be successful you will have:

• Previous experience managing a high volume of inbound calls
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail
• A high level of professionalism and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• The ability to think on your feet and problem solve
• The ability to work full-time Monday - Friday
