A well known telecommunications organisation based centrally on the Gold Coast is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, handling enquiries and providing Customer Service
- Email management
- Explain billing and manage account enquiries
- Taking payments
- Create accounts and service activations
- Document and record management
To be successful you will have:
- Previous experience managing a high volume of inbound calls
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail
- A high level of professionalism and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- The ability to think on your feet and problem solve
- The ability to work full-time Monday - Friday
