About the job…
We are seeking someone with great administration and reception skills to support our team, manage day-to day operations of the front service desk and be a brand ambassador for the business.
- Manage reception; respond to phone, email and web enquiries
- Monitor and order stationery and consumables
- Support Accounts and General Manager as required
- Organise meetings and functions
- Assist with processing of payments
- General administrative tasks
About You…
- Minimum 3 + years' experience in office reception / admin role preferred
- High level computer literacy
- Great multi tasker with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have the ability to work independently, also happy support all staff and Customer Service functions
- Mature, warm, calm and professional manner
