Our Kununurra Office, gateway to the East Kimberly, is looking for enthusiastic, positive, and adaptable individuals who are interested in providing excellent Customer Service for the WA regional community.
In this role, you will deliver a diverse range of frontline Customer Services to clients, both face-to-face and over the telephone. You will be responsible for the collection, receipt and reconciliation or monies for payment wither online or manually, providing advice in line with governing acts, regulations, policies, and procedures, and undertake problem solving and address contentious and sensitive customer enquiries. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service, so you will have a passion for helping customers who sometimes have complex enquiries. Most importantly, you will love communicating with people, and will enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds.
No previous experience is necessary as we will provide all training – you just need to enjoy working with people in a dynamic customer focused environment!

There are currently two (2) fixed term positions available for immediate filling for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension(s) or permanency.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made for this or similar future vacancies (fixed term or permanent) that arise within the next 12/24/X months from date of first appointment across the Department of Transport.
