We are well established supplier, designer and manufacturer of Office Furniture with a focus on quality, innovative design and customer service. Catering for both small and large organisations, our projects can range from 5K to 500K + supplying Office Furniture from either an extensive in-house range through to custom design and build. Our base covers all industry sectors including large corporate entities, executive, government, retail, health, mining and small to medium business.
About the Role
With our strong reputation and experiencing a large increase in our products and services, we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable person to fill this permanent role.
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service/Internal Sales to become an integral part of the team.

Work Skills and Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs / requirements.
- Prepare job quotes and process sales orders.
- Manage multiple tasks and activities across various customers simultaneously.
- Action product enquiries and maximise sales opportunities.
- A ‘sleeves rolled up' attitude and the onus to get things done, building momentum through delivering target outcomes.
- Collaborating with our commercial division to fulfill larger orders.
- Achieve Sales KPIs and targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Self motivated and can work hard with minimal supervision.
About You
- Have high motivation, strength of character, and exceptional face-to-face selling skills.
- Have a proven track record in sales and the ability to engage with a wide range of people, building long-lasting relationships.
- Can effectively communicate and manage difficult conversations with contractors and clients, leading to positive outcomes.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to continuously prioritise tasks, and maintain a safety-conscious approach to work.
- Can work collaboratively in a team environment and either have flooring knowledge or the ability to learn quickly.
- Knowledge of Office Furniture is preferred, but not essential. Training will be provided.
