Due to the continual growth of our business, we are actively seeking applications for our next Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Davenport, Bunbury. About the Role
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, this part time position requires you to have a proven background in Customer Service and administration.
The role will require the following;
- Answering incoming calls
- Accurate processing of inbound customer orders via phone, email, web, fax.
- Process invoices in the system.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Generating sales revenue through inbound calls
- Advise customers of our diverse product range and price trends.
- General filing, data entry, faxing and photocopying.
- Ad-hoc general administrative tasks as required.
About you
To ensure your success, you will possess the following;
- Prior experience as an admin support or Customer Services preferred.
- Experience working in the food service / FMCG industry will be highly regarded.
- Must possess intermediate-level expertise in Ms-Excel.
- Great phone manners.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Great team player with customer centric approach.
