Role and Responsibilities

• Handling and directing all inbound calls.
• Front desk reception duties
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Lead processing
• Appointment setting
• Travel coordination and booking for team
• Customer dispute resolution
• Multi-tasking and organisational skill
• Attention to detail
• Team collaboration
• Positive attitude

Essential Skills and Qualifications 

• Minimum 2 years of experience is a preference  
• Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude  
• Impeccable self-presentation 

Desirable

• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Experience managing diaries
• Experience managing google reviews
• Basic knowledge of golf desiriable but not essential
