Can you facilitate a fair and equitable resolution to a dispute? Have you got a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service?As an Assistant Complaint Officer, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders. You will be a key part of a dynamic triage team dedicated to managing routine disputes and ensuring their timely resolution.
