PQ Tasmania Healthcare Supplies is a multi faceted healthcare supplies business based in Moonah, Tasmania stocking a comprehensive range of continence, wound care and personal health care products. We service the NDIS, disability and aged care sectors via online and phone sales and offer state-wide door to door delivery.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with demonstrated experience in Customer Service, Administration and Sales for a permanent part time role with an immediate start.
Key Tasks:
- Process online, email and phone orders in an efficient, professional and timely manner in line with the businesses procedures
- Provide appropriate and timely responses to customer requests, queries and issues.
- Provide excellence in Customer Service when processing orders and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Keep customers updated on the status of their order and potential delays
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely, empathetic manner
- Accurately record and maintain customer information in line with Privacy Principles
- Work cooperatively with other staff and stakeholders
Key Competencies:
- Communication. Ability to respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner. Ability to communicate in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
- Empathy. Demonstrated ability to understand and identify with customer needs and communicate accordingly.
- Technical skills. Competent with Microsoft Office suite of products and integrated CRM systems (Netsuite experience an advantage)
- Industry Knowledge. Background in the Healthcare industry, product knowledge and experience servicing NDIS customers and stakeholders
