Strong focus on quality Customer Service, their products are represented in many countries. They have an immediate requirement for a Customer Service Officer within their internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with a team of Customer Service, Sales & Engineering professionals.
- Provide technical and financial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Respond to all inquiries promptly from Customers, expressing an interest / wanting to purchase or lease a product.
- Manage inbound telephone calls, and emails, professionally and in a friendly manner.
- Meet and greet customers that come to the site efficiently and courteously.
- Provide administrative support for materials and deliverables.
- Manage relationships with already existing stakeholders.
- Learn NetSuite Software and other ERP systems.
The right candidate will have:
- Positive “can do” attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal.
- Ability to solve a solution to a problem type of mindset.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously as required but also have a cohesive attitude towards the team.
