As Customer Service Officer (CSO), you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience and providing integral support to the team. Responsible for effective customer triaging, ensuring positive overall office presentation and performance support, the CSO will support the holistic operation of the Dubbo team, including managing a high call volume, general office support and administration tasks.
This is a full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday - Friday) based at our Dubbo office.
About You:
You will be a self-motivated and resilient individual with:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service within a high-volume environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, including a proven ability to self-manage, multitask and prioritise.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level attention to detail and strong digital literacy skills.
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- Clear National Police Check.
- Relevant qualifications in Administration, Employment Services and/or Community Services (desired).
