We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer / Car Detailerto join our Milperra team on a part time basis.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and assist them in renting vehicles as based on their preferences and needs
- Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently
- Address customer inquires and concerns promptly and professionally
- Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages
- Monitor and coordinate fleet availability on a daily basis
- Detail and clean vehicles to business quality standards
- Refuel and transport vehicles between Europcar locations
To be considered, you should possess:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, retail or sales
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
- Computer literacy skills required
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Current and ongoing Australian work rights
- A positive can do attitude!
