Glenelg Shire Council has the opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Casterton team on a casual basis.
In this role you will work closely with internal units to deliver a high standard of Customer Service over the phone, face-to-face and via email.
This position is Casual, on a as needed basis. Day’s range from Mondays to Friday.

What you need to Thrive
- A Current Drivers Licence
- Experience working in Customer Service and being able to provide high quality service, internally and externally.
- Being approachable and having the ability to listen to customer enquiries.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Excellent communication skills – written, and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment and promote a positive team attitude, over all three Customer Service centres.
- Experience working with computers and digital applications.
