As a Phone-based Customer Support Officer (CSO), you'll be the main point of contact for various investor inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
- Adapt to Customer Needs: Tailor communication styles to suit different customer profiles while embodying our brand's tone of voice.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest areas for enhancing customer and employee experiences.
- System Navigation: Efficiently use multiple systems and assist customers in navigating them.
- Query Resolution: Investigate and take ownership of complex member queries, providing clear and effective solutions.
- Compliance: Demonstrate expertise in funds, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
Experience & Skills:
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in delivering excellent Customer Service, whether phone-based or face-to-face.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner.
- Analytical Ability: Ability to interpret complex information and convey it effectively.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver innovative solutions.
- Tech Savvy: Intermediate computer literacy, including the MS Office suite, with keen attention to detail.
- Digital Proficiency: Ability to work across digital platforms and provide technical support.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating shift from 7am - 8pm.
