Customer Service Officers

Our client is an Not-for-profit NDIS Service Provider that supports children and young people living with a disability to reach their full potential.  They do this by creating tailored support programs that recognise the strengths of each child. 

This role will support with delivering on their commitment to providing the very best quality of client care. This role would be great for a disability industry professional looking to take the next step in their career. 

You will be primarily responsible for;

• Liaising directly with clients and all stakeholders 
• Onboarding and ongoing monitoring for all participants in your remit
• Onboarding of new participants with all relevant compliance
• Ongoing meetings with participants 

You will have: 

• Prior experience working in the NDIS sector
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• COVID Vaccine Certificate
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
