As a Customer Service Officer at St John Ambulance Tasmania, you will be at the forefront of our commercial premises, assisting customers in finding the perfect solutions tailored to their needs. From showcasing the value and benefits of our products to ensuring accurate and timely processing of goods and services, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your key activities will include:
• Foster and maintain high-level relationships with customers to grow our brand and customer base.
• Develop and expand your knowledge of our products to provide outstanding assistance to our clients.
• Collaborate closely with team members to deliver responsive, positive, and focused customer experiences aligned with St John Ambulance Tasmania's objectives.
• Participate in organisational programs and processes to enhance the client experience and promote a results-focused workplace culture.
• Uphold a safe working environment by adhering to relevant Work Health and Safety legislation and policies.
As a Full TimeCustomer Service Officer, you'll report to the Retail Operations Manager and work collaboratively within a small team. You should possess:
• Confidence in face-to-face and phone interactions with customers, offering tailored solutions.
• Be a supportive team player.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in utilising technology for stock management and sales processes.
The successful candidate will have:
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and achieve results.
• Skill in cultivating productive working relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated personal drive, integrity, and commitment to organisational values.
Your Full Time hours will be 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
St John Ambulance Tasmania prioritises the safety and well-being of all individuals. A satisfactory National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Employee/NDIS) is an essential requirement for working with St John Ambulance. Applicants are required to attach a copy of these alongside their application, or a copy of the receipt confirming that these have been applied for.
