About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer with a positive attitude to join our team at Mandurah. It is a permanent 2-day per week role (Mon 9 – 5 and Tues 12 -8) offering a competitive salary with the opportunity of salary packaging.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact to greet clients and answer incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Invoicing, billing and receipting payments
- General administrative tasks to assist the smooth running of the location.
Skills and experience required include:
- Excellent communication skills for face-to-face and phone customer liaison
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, handling multiple simultaneous demands with a high level of accuracy
- Advanced computer skills including competent use of Microsoft Office, CRM customer database and telephone system
- Ability to work cooperatively within a team and independently as required
- Provide general administrative support within the policies and best practice to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services
