Port Stephens Council Libraries is seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. Working Monday to Friday and every third Saturday, you will be a point of contact for our community.
Key responsibilities include supporting members and visitors with the use of devices, equipment, technologies and online resources. You will also actively participate in collection development and maintenance, as well as the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of library programs and events.

- Base Salary Range:$58,807 - $63,768 pa based on a 35 hour week + 11% superannuation + $2,312 retention allowance
- A guaranteed 3.75% salary increase effective from 1 July 2024 plus a $1,000 one off payment (pro-rated for part-time employees) if employed by (and continued to be employed on) 30 June 2024
