Seeking experienced Customer Service Officer to join Geelong team, and occasionally the surrounding offices located in Werribee, Hoppers Crossing and Colac.Client DetailsOur client manages Victoria's arterial road network, delivering road safety initiatives and supplies customer focused registration and licensing services to the community.DescriptionThe role is responsible for resolution of Registration & Licensing customer enquiries raised within our clients Customer Service Centres and also responsible for the conduct of customer appointments to support driver Licence Testing and registration services.The position will include Driver Licence Testing. Full training is provided with further upskilling to follow in their Customer Service team.You must have a full clean Victorian Driver Licence, be available to work 5 day per week (Monday to Friday) between a varied 20-38 hour week, between 8:30am-4:30pm. You must also be available to be on call until 9am for days you are not rostered on, to cover last minute shifts.ProfileTo be successful in the position you will need:
- Excellent Customer Service experience (face to face)
- A current Victorian FULL drivers license with a clean driving history
- Must be available to work over a 5 day roster averaging 20-38 hours per week
- Confident using an iPad and computer, navigating a variety of systems
- Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
- Prepared to work in busy environment
- Happy to undergo national police check
- Full covid vaccinated and able to provide evidence
