Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Minimum 50 outbound interactions per day with customers using scripts.
- Refer leads to sales department.
- Adhere to the company's compliance policies and operating procedures.
- Continued collaboration with the sales department.
- Development of customer relationships through outstanding organisational skills.
- Utilisation of CRM systems with high proficiency in Microsoft systems (Excel).
Profile
We are looking for a dedicated Outbound Customer Service Representative, who has a passion for customer care and likes to work cooperatively in a team environment. To be successful, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a fast-paced role for a motivated individual with an energetic mindset. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours.
