We pride ourselves in delivering high quality services to our valued clients in all our locations and have been for 20 years.
The role
As our Customer Service Officer, you will the core of our business. Your high attention to detail will ensure that you will succeed.
No two days will be the same, between being the first point of contact for our clients, then scheduling and gathering parts for any work to be completed, you will always have something to do.
Tasks and Responsibilities of the role.
Stock control
- Manage all stock levels including consumables
- Prepare job boxes for all onsite trades
Customer Service
- Be the main point of contact for all our stores
- Provide recommendations for products and services
Sales and transactions
- Accuracy in cash handling and processing of payments
- Met set KPI's
Store Maintenace
- Clean and restock the store throughout the day and ensuring stock is organized and presented in a high standard
Scheduling
- All works completed by our trades, retail and onsite team in a cost effective manner.
Qualifications
- Certificate 3 in retail or administration or warehousing
- Successful completion of year 10
Desirable
- Forklift license
- First Aid
