We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible team player to take our Customer Service to new heights. You will be responsible for key day to day functions and responsibilities in Data Entry and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service and client management including order enquiries, despatch enquiries & providing general product information;
- Data entry of customer orders;
- Sales support
- Interpreting drawings & dimensions;
- Administration duties where required.
Key Attributes and Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication;
- Professional phone manner;
- Able to work to deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
- Excellent numeracy skills;
- Excellent time management & ability to multitask;
- High attention to detail & accuracy;
- Computer literate.
Experience in the Glass industry would be preferred, but is not essential.
