Customer Service Officer About the role Due to an internal promotion, ARC have an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our tight-knit team at our Wagga Wagga branch. You will be working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This position would be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer/sales experience. This is a permanent role - Monday to Friday with working hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain customer relationships through service excellence  Process and manage customer orders, quotes, and enquiries face-to-face, online, and over the phone  Over-the-counter sales – early morning customer pick-ups run hot!
