This established manufacturing company is currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Customer Service Officer to join their growing business.
Your new role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Provide a high level of Customer Service - manage inbound calls
- Responding to telephone/email enquiries
- Liaise with technicians regarding repairs and scheduling technicians for jobs
- Liaise with other departments within the organisation to investigate customer complaints/enquiries
- Enter customer information in the system and update the customer accordingly
- Arrange replacement products
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working in a service department is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
