Working for a highly esteemed Member based organisation within the professional services industry, you will be part of a collaborative & supportive membership team as Membership & Customer service Officer.
You will be providing excellent Customer service and servicing customers by renewing & increasing membership engagement through phone and email.
This is not a Sales role.
- Liaise with members regarding the renewal of their membership
- Respond to enquiries from members via phone and email
- Maintain and update member records and member renewals
- Capture member feedback, including issues and complaints
- Maintain the membership database
- Engage with key internal & external stakeholders eg.
- Complete general administrative and ad hoc tasks
- Proven phone based Customer service / account management or sales experience.
- Proficient in Computer softwares/CRM systems
- Available Immediately or with 1 week's notice
- Able to work in the office
- Strong attention to detail
