Mobilize are seeking a Customer Servicer Officer for our client based in Canning Vale. Our client is a WA owned company who provide complete solutions for high pressure and specification fluid systems and components.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Updating the internal system with accurate information (SAP Business One)
- Assist and solve customer issues to a high standard
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all customer requirements are met to the highest standard
- Provide product information and support
- Provide product technical support for customers and other departments
- To co-ordinate with procurement, warehouse and the Service Centre to facilitate on time delivery of customer orders
- High attention to detail with an excellent degree of accuracy
- High level of Customer Service with a willingness to solve problems
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong administrative skills along with critical thinking ability
- SAP experience advantageous
