AllSealedWA is a WA based company which specializes in re-grouting leaking showers, balconies, tiling and waterproofing.
We pride ourselves on a high level of Customer Service and are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and energetic Customer Service / Administration Officer to join our growing team.
About The Role
Your role as the Customer Service / Administration Officer will require you to cover a multitude of tasks. As our office 'all rounder' you must possess strong Customer Service, organisational, scheduling and time management skills.
You will ideally have exceptional computer skills and be able to work within an environment where you can effectively communicate with individuals, clients and key stakeholders alike. Your key tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Providing a high level of Customer Service
- Scheduling of Quotes for our Consultants & Jobs for our Technicians for works to be carried out.
- Assisting our Customers with all enquiries both over the phone and via email.
- High end data entry of clients & services (SimPRO)
- Providing support to our Sales Consultant Team
- Processing of payments from customers
- General Office / Admin Duties
A successful candidate must possess the following attributes;
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Great work ethic with a 'can do' attitude
- Working in a fast paced environment
- A keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- An ability and willingness to build strong customer relationships and offer service at the highest level
- Accurate data entry and typing skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Experience in scheduling
- SimPRO Software experience is highly advantageous

Our office is located in Canning Vale
Full time hours - Monday to Friday.
