About the Role:
WorkPac is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our client’s team in Welshpool. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales orientation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in handling customer inquiries and orders. This role will involve extensive use of our SAP system for pricing and quoting, as well as regular interaction with clients and customers through email and phone calls.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and process orders efficiently.
- Utilise SAP system to generate accurate pricing and quotes for customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients/customers through effective communication via email and phone calls.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, including order entry and fulfilment.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to coordinate customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding Customer Service, sales, and data management.
Skills and Experience:
- Thrive in a sales-oriented environment.
- Proficient with SAP system for pricing/quoting and email communication.
- Strong verbal and written abilities for effective interaction.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service.
- Effective at identifying and resolving customer needs.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new processes/technologies.
