Hilton Electrical are a family owned business in a small group of companies servicing the Perth metro area and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Electrical team Full Time in Bibra Lake.
While each day is different, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering large volume of incoming customer calls
- Booking jobs/liaising with customers
- Replying to incoming electronic communication
- Data Entry
- Debt Collection
- Database Management
- Filing
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has the following attributes:
- 3 + years previous experience in a fast paced professional office
- A strong work ethic and positive "can do" attitude
- Good time management skills
- Takes pride in their appearance and work
- Great Customer Service and communication skills
- And above all, a strong desire to help businesses succeed
To be considered for this role the following are required:
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Xero & simPro would be highly regarded but not essential - training will be provided
- Experience in administration for domestic maintenance of any type would be highly regarded
- Australian Residency
The Successful applicant will receive:
- Excellent Salary + Super (pay based on experience)
- Working hours are SET at 9am - 5.30pm
